Meet Victoria Wilform
-
Vic Wilform finished her second season as an assistant women’s volleyball coach at Delaware State University in 2024. During her time with the Hornets, she helped guide the program to a 2025 MEAC Championship and an NCAA DI Tournament appearance.
A former NCAA student-athlete, Vic competed at Appalachian State University and Wingate University. She was a four-year starting outside hitter at Appalachian State from 2018–21, helping the Mountaineers to a runner-up finish in the Sun Belt Volleyball Tournament as a freshman. For her graduate season in 2022, Wilform competed at Wingate University under AVCA Hall of Fame Coach, Shelton Collier. She contributed to the Bulldogs’ SAC Conference and Southeast Region titles, helping the program reach its sixth NCAA Elite Eight appearance and finish sixth nationally at the Division II Tournament.
Vic earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a minor in Nutrition, graduating Cum Laude from Appalachian State in 2022 and earned her Master of Public Health degree from Wingate University in 2024. She currently works as a Dental Account Manager, while continuing to share her love for volleyball and mentoring athletes.
Wilform began her coaching career the same place she grew to be a high-level athlete, Carolina Juniors Volleyball Club. From 2018-2023, she assisted a national-level team, directed summer volleyball camps, coordinated league teams and practices, and provided private lessons specializing in hitting and passing development.
