• My name is Emma Reilly, and I am originally from Chicago, IL. I played collegiate volleyball at Appalachian State, where I competed as a libero for five seasons. During my career, I set the program’s all-time dig record, ranked third in program history for service aces, and earned recognition as a three-time All-Sun Belt honoree. I graduated with my master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and have experience providing private volleyball lessons as well as coaching at the high school level.

    As a coach, I enjoy nurturing both the mental confidence and physical skills of my athletes. I am passionate about helping players grow on the court and believe the discipline, teamwork, and resilience learned through volleyball translate into valuable life skills.

  • My daughter, Keira, had the privilege of working with Emma for over three years.  We first started lessons with Emma when she was transitioning from Middle to a 6 rotation OH.  Emma's experience playing as a very high-level Libero in both high school and college translates so well as a coach.  My daughter loved how Emma gave immediate feedback and subtle corrections with each skill she was working on.  Emma helped improve Keira in all aspects of playing a 6 rotation OH as well as greatly increased my daughter's volleyball IQ.

  • My daughter started taking private volleyball lessons with Emma in the fall of 2023 when she was just starting club volleyball.  I saw an improvement after the first lesson!  She has continued to make amazing progress and loves private training. She currently plays on the top team at her club and I attribute a lot of her success to her work with Emma.  Aside from volleyball skills, my daughter loved talking to Emma and she always felt as ease during training. Her work with Emma also helped build her self-confidence and I believe that the confidence has been a big part of her success.   • My daughter trained with Emma in preparation for club and high school tryouts. Emma helped to  improve her form and angles, sharpen her passing, and improve serving placement.
