CourtCraft Volleyball – Participant Agreement

Please review the following policies and agreements before participating in any CourtCraft Volleyball training sessions, clinics, or programs. By registering for or attending a session, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Cancellation Policy

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. This policy helps protect reserved training time and preparation.

  • Sessions canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled one time, subject to availability.

  • Sessions canceled by CourtCraft Volleyball will receive a full refund or session credit.

General Release of Liability

I understand that participation in volleyball training and athletic activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. By enrolling in CourtCraft Volleyball programs, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge CourtCraft Volleyball, its owners, coaches, staff, contractors, and facility partners from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of participation in any CourtCraft Volleyball activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Photo and Video Consent

I grant CourtCraft Volleyball permission to photograph and/or record video of the participant during training sessions, clinics, camps, or events. I understand these images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes including, but not limited to, social media, website content, marketing materials, and advertisements.

I acknowledge that no compensation will be provided for the use of these images or recordings.

Code of Conduct Agreement

CourtCraft Volleyball is committed to providing a positive, respectful, and growth-focused environment. All athletes and families are expected to uphold the following standards:

  • Show respect to coaches, staff, teammates, and other participants at all times.

  • Demonstrate good sportsmanship and a positive attitude.

  • Use appropriate language and behavior during all sessions and events.

  • Follow all coaching instructions and facility rules.

CourtCraft Volleyball reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the learning environment or violates this code of conduct. Removal due to misconduct may result in loss of session without refund.

Acknowledgment

By registering for services or participating in any CourtCraft Volleyball programming, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies and agreements listed on this page.
